EXIT Realty And VA Loan Captain Partnership And What That Means For Veterans
Many veterans are not aware of complete benefits package they get, which potentially includes an incredible home loan backed by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs. And that lack of awareness is something that some corporations wish to change.
Just recently, two corporate entities, EXIT Realty Corp. International and VA Loan Captain, have announced a partnership to educate veterans on VA Home Loan benefits. A VA home loan is a special loan designed for veterans of our armed forces, both active and retired.
The loans have 0% down payment and some of the lowest interest of any home loans on the market, and they are backed by the Department of Veteran Affairs. So far this program has helped more than 22 million veterans acquire homeownership since 1944.
Tami Bonnell, the CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, was very excited to work towards getting our veterans the homes of their dreams.
“We at EXIT Realty are grateful for the sacrifices made by our military personnel and their families and are proud to be able to offer the opportunity for them to find out more about the VA Loan benefit.”
And this sentiment was echoed by Grant Moon, CEO, and Founder of VA Loan Captain, who also stated that he and his organization were thrilled to work with EXIT Realty.
“We are proud to partner with EXIT Realty and are excited to share in their commitment to empower their agents to serve the unique real estate needs of the military and veteran community.”
In addition to working to educate veterans on their home buying benefits, beginning July 4, 2017, EXIT Realty will also start offering a VA Loan Captain’s VA Loan Certification (VALC) to all of the agents employed.
This certification will provide agents and lenders thorough knowledge about the VA Home Loan program and its benefits to allow them to take the position of a local expert for the largely untapped military market for real estate. In this way, they will be profiting the company while simultaneously aiding those who served the country.
“Through our partnership with VA Loan Captain, we can empower our associates to knowledgeably serve those who served,” said Bonnell.
